Private Development — Where Included
ELITE and Director’s Studio singers work individually around their instrument, repertoire and priorities. Frequency varies by pathway and can intensify when an important milestone requires more support.
Live Performance MasterClasses
Singers perform, observe, question and learn from an entire room of repertoire, instruments and teaching interventions.
Independent Work
Practice is where understanding becomes ownership. Singers learn to carry technical, musical, linguistic and artistic priorities into work completed away from the teacher.
Curriculum Integration
Musicianship, language, artistry, psychology, auditions, professional habits and other curriculum areas enter according to stage and need rather than existing as disconnected add-ons.
Milestones & Opportunities
An examination, festival, audition, recital, role, recording or application can give a period of development a defined destination when appropriate.
Assessment & Reporting
At meaningful intervals, the singer’s development is revisited so progress becomes visible and priorities can evolve.

VMI is designed for live online delivery so serious singers can access BGE Faculty, specialists and a global artistic community from wherever they live. The format keeps teaching personal and interactive: student and teacher remain face-to-face throughout live instruction—listening, demonstrating, questioning, responding and building continuity together.
For families, this can also make serious training easier to integrate into everyday life. A young singer can finish school, reset at home and step directly into focused artistic work, while parents gain greater visibility into the rhythm of development and the support surrounding it.
