Results & Earnings Disclaimer

BGE provides education, development, strategic architecture, advisory support and preparation. Outcomes depend on the participant, context, market and third parties and are not guaranteed.

1. No Guaranteed Earnings or Business Results

BGE does not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, investment, audience growth, sales, business growth, promotion or any specific financial result. Business outcomes may depend on market conditions, pricing, positioning, execution, skills, resources, timing, competition, regulation and other factors outside BGE’s control.

2. No Guaranteed Artistic, Academic or Professional Outcomes

The same principle applies across BGIPA and professional-development work. BGE does not guarantee casting, representation, examination or competition results, admission, scholarships, conservatory/university placement, employment, promotion, awards, auditions, bookings, media opportunities or another outcome controlled by a third party.

3. Examples, Testimonials & Case Studies

Examples and testimonials reflect individual circumstances. They are not promises that another participant will achieve the same result. BGE should identify material context where necessary and will not knowingly fabricate or materially misrepresent a testimonial, case study or result.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, preparation, implementation, practice, attendance, professional judgement and use of BGE materials. BGE may recommend strategies or developmental priorities but cannot control how consistently or effectively they are implemented.

5. Educational and Advisory Scope

Unless a separate written engagement expressly provides a regulated professional service delivered by an appropriately qualified professional, BGE educational, coaching, artistic, strategic and advisory materials are not legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

6. Third-Party Decisions

Schools, universities, conservatories, employers, casting teams, agents, competitions, examination bodies, investors, lenders, partners, media organizations and other third parties make their own decisions. Preparation by BGE does not create control over those decisions.

7. No Refund Based Solely on Outcome

A disappointing third-party, artistic, academic, professional or financial result does not by itself establish that BGE failed to deliver the purchased service and does not itself create a refund entitlement. Refund rights are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

8. Risk & Independent Judgement

Business, artistic and professional decisions involve uncertainty. Participants should use independent judgement and obtain qualified professional advice where the decision requires legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment or other regulated expertise.

9. Governing Framework

This Disclaimer works with BGE’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable program/client agreements. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
