Accessibility Statement

We want people to be able to understand, access and participate in BGE experiences with dignity, clarity and appropriate support. Accessibility is an ongoing design and service commitment rather than a promise that every requested modification will be feasible in every environment.
Our Commitment
Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. works to make its websites, educational programs, professional services, events and digital resources accessible to people with disabilities, neurodiverse participants and others who may require reasonable accommodation or alternative access.
Digital Accessibility
We work toward accessible digital practices including logical heading structure, keyboard usability, meaningful alt text, readable contrast, captioning/transcript support where available, clear navigation and understandable content. Accessibility is reviewed progressively as the site and learning ecosystem evolve.
Learning & Program Accessibility
Reasonable accommodation may include, where practicable, captioning or transcripts, alternative document formats, additional processing time, camera-off passive participation where the educational format permits, accessibility-aware scheduling or other modifications that preserve the essential nature and learning objectives of the experience.
Recording, Camera-Off Participation & Featured Opportunities
BGE/BGIPA operates a recorded educational, artistic and professional environment. Accessibility and recording therefore need to work together rather than contradict one another.
Where passive online participation is available, a participant may choose camera-off participation. For minors, the parent/guardian is responsible for supervising user-controlled camera, microphone, displayed name/profile image, background, chat and other identifying information according to the family’s participation status.
Some activities have essential participation requirements. A performance, speech, live demonstration, adjudication, hot seat, featured coaching segment, interview or other featured contribution may inherently require visible/audible recorded participation. Choosing passive/off-camera participation therefore may mean auditing that experience rather than participating as the featured contributor. This is an essential-format distinction, not a penalty for requesting accessibility support.

In-Person Accessibility
For in-person BGE/BGIPA experiences, available accommodations depend on the venue, activity, safety requirements and essential nature of the experience. BGE will consider reasonable requests in good faith and may work with venues, partners or families to identify practical options.
Dance, Movement & Physical Participation
Movement-based experiences may require an appropriate physical space, safe flooring, suitable camera placement for online instruction and modifications appropriate to the participant. BGE education does not replace medical, physiotherapy or other regulated health advice. Participants should communicate relevant access needs without being required to disclose more sensitive information than reasonably necessary for the accommodation process.
Professional & Confidential Materials
Professional/executive clients may request accessible formats or delivery modifications for presentations, speeches, documents and private sessions. Accessibility handling does not change BGE’s confidentiality obligations or the client’s responsibility to have authority to share third-party material.
Recorded and On-Demand Materials
Where BGE provides a replay, on-demand product or other recorded resource, accessibility features may include captions, transcripts, structured notes or other supports where available and appropriate. Recording an activity does not automatically mean that every raw recording or replay will be distributed to participants.
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
BGE uses WCAG principles as an important reference point for digital accessibility and seeks ongoing improvement. Because the site and third-party platforms change over time, this statement does not represent that every page, integration or external platform is guaranteed to conform perfectly at all times.
Third-Party Platforms
BGE may use video, scheduling, payment, productivity, learning or other third-party platforms. Accessibility features and limitations of those platforms may be outside BGE’s direct control. Where a material barrier is identified, BGE will consider reasonable alternatives where practicable.
Requesting an Accommodation
Contact info@bourneglobalenterprises.com and describe the barrier or support needed. Please provide reasonable advance notice where the request relates to a scheduled event or activity. BGE may ask only for information reasonably needed to understand and implement the request.
An accommodation request does not guarantee that every requested modification can be provided, particularly where it would fundamentally alter the essential nature of an activity, create a safety issue, conflict with another participant’s rights or be impracticable in the circumstances. Where a requested modification is not feasible, BGE may explore another reasonable participation route.
