Clear Expectations Protect Serious Work.

VMI policies are designed to protect students, families, faculty and the continuity of the learning environment—not to make the program unnecessarily rigid.

Online delivery

VMI is designed for online participation. Students need a reliable device, internet connection, appropriate audio/video setup and a private-enough environment for focused instruction.

Minors & family involvement

Parents/guardians are encouraged to understand the program and may be present. Communication, consent, recordings and other safeguarding practices follow age-appropriate requirements.

Attendance & preparation

Group learning depends on reliable participation. Students are expected to arrive prepared and on time. Group absences generally cannot be recreated as private make-up classes.

Private-session changes

Where private lessons are included, written notice requirements and make-up rules apply according to the student’s program terms. Faculty cancellations must be addressed responsibly.

Professional boundaries

Student/faculty communication belongs inside approved channels. Confidentiality, respectful conduct, safeguarding and non-poaching expectations protect the learning relationship.

Health & scope

Voice education does not replace individualized medical or psychological care. Concerns requiring diagnosis or treatment belong with appropriately qualified health professionals.

Scheduling

Specific live cohort times are confirmed with appointed faculty and enrolled participants. Program architecture should not promise a calendar before the cohort is actually operational.

The strongest learning environment is one where everyone knows the responsibilities that protect it.
