Premium individual executive work is designed for people whose communication carries professional, organizational, financial or public consequence. Engagements may be personally directed by Cassandra Bourne or assigned to a carefully selected senior BGE faculty member or specialist whose expertise best matches the client and the communication challenge.
Individual Executive & Professional
Designed for CEOs, founders, presidents, owners, senior executives, C-suite leaders, managing partners, lawyers, physicians, surgeons, senior advisors, consultants, academics, senior educators, public figures, board leaders, entrepreneurs and other high-level public-facing professionals.
Professional Communication Assessment™
$1,500. Substantial assessment, debrief and written priority roadmap. The appropriate BGE professional is assigned according to the client’s needs and expertise required.
Private Specialist Intensive™
From $2,500. Normally built around a minimum two-hour live working block plus appropriate preparation/review. Delivered by Cassandra or an appropriate senior faculty member/specialist according to scope.
Director’s Studio Specialist Intervention™
From $5,000. Higher-complexity private intervention requiring substantial review, strategic framing, rehearsal and refinement.
Choose Your VIP Intensive Format
For Cassandra-led VIP work, the client chooses the Executive Half-Day VIP Intensive™ or the Executive Full-Day VIP Intensive™. BGE will explain what each format can realistically accommodate, but does not force the client into the longer option. The half-day provides a concentrated working window around a defined consequential objective; the full day provides additional room for message architecture, rehearsal, Q&A, multiple scenarios, iteration and deeper recalibration.
Executive Half-Day VIP Intensive™
Cassandra-led: from $10,000 online or when the executive comes to Cassandra/BGE; from $20,000 when Cassandra travels to the executive domestically; from $30,000 when Cassandra travels internationally.
Senior Faculty / Specialist-led: individually scoped according to the professional assigned, expertise required, preparation, delivery format and travel.
Executive Full-Day VIP Intensive™
Cassandra-led: from $20,000 online or when the executive comes to Cassandra/BGE; from $30,000 when Cassandra travels to the executive domestically; from $40,000 when Cassandra travels internationally.
Senior Faculty / Specialist-led: individually scoped according to the professional assigned, expertise required, preparation, delivery format and travel.
Professional Director’s Studio™
Cassandra Director’s Studio — $20,000 per month. Three private Zoom sessions with Cassandra per month plus reasonable between-session email and text communication connected to the agreed work.
Senior Faculty Director’s Studio / Professional Mentorship: may also be offered with another carefully selected BGE senior faculty member or specialist. Scope and investment are established according to the professional, client need and level of access.
How We Match the Professional
The right expert depends on the problem. A CEO preparing a keynote, a physician preparing media communication, a lawyer developing courtroom or presentation presence, and a founder preparing an investor pitch may benefit from different specialist expertise. BGE may draw from senior Speech Arts faculty, voice and speech specialists, presentation strategists, media/camera specialists, acting/communication coaches, public-speaking specialists and executive-communication practitioners.
Corporate & Institutional Executive Engagements
For a corporation, executive team, C-suite group, board, professional firm, partnership, university, association, leadership cohort or other institution, BGE assembles the appropriate faculty/specialist architecture for the organization. Cassandra may lead, participate in or oversee an engagement, another senior professional may lead, or a curated team may be assembled.
Corporate and institutional pricing is custom and is not published as a fixed package. Scope depends on participant number and seniority, objectives, diagnostics/material review, customization, faculty/specialists, online versus in-person delivery, travel, duration and follow-through.
What happens before the VIP day
BGE confirms the consequential objective, relevant audience, available material, format and preparation requirements before the engagement. The client provides agreed materials and context in time for meaningful preparation. BGE scopes the work, prepares the working architecture and identifies any specialist contribution required.
How value becomes visible
Progress is evaluated against the agreed objective: message clarity, structure, vocal and physical delivery, Q&A response, adaptability under pressure, rehearsal performance and the executive’s ability to reproduce the work without relying on a script or coach for every decision. The intensive strengthens preparation and capability; it does not guarantee the external decision or audience response.
No Quick-Fix Promise
We do not promise to fix communication in sixty minutes or guarantee the outcome of an interview, presentation, negotiation, board decision or media appearance. The purpose is serious preparation, stronger communication capability and development that can transfer beyond one event.
