International Executive Communication Intensive

PROFESSIONAL SPEECH ARTS™

Executive Communication Intensives™

For CEOs, founders, C-suite leaders, lawyers, physicians, board leaders and other senior professionals who already know their subject—but need their thinking, voice, presence and responses to remain credible when trust, capital, reputation, leadership or strategic approval may be affected by what happens in the room.

The transformation: from carrying expertise that becomes less clear under pressure to entering the consequential room with a sharper message, more reliable delivery, stronger Q&A response and a rehearsed communication architecture you can actually use when the conversation moves off script.

Build the day around the consequential moment.

Keynotes, board and investor presentations, leadership messages, media, negotiation, difficult conversations, executive presence, Q&A and rehearsal under pressure can each require different preparation. The intensive is scoped around the objective rather than a generic curriculum.

Move Beyond Presentation Technique to Executive Communication

The problem is often not a lack of speaking tips. It may be message architecture, pressure response, audience judgement, weak rehearsal conditions, inconsistent Q&A performance or a mismatch between executive expertise and how that expertise is experienced in the room. The intensive is designed around the real constraint rather than assuming one generic communication problem.

What BGE provides—and what the executive provides.

BGE provides the agreed diagnostic preparation, communication architecture, rehearsal, feedback and specialist involvement within scope. The executive provides the real objective, relevant context and materials that can be shared appropriately, timely decisions and active participation in rehearsal.

How progress becomes visible.

We look for clearer message structure, stronger delivery under realistic pressure, more reliable response when the conversation moves off script, better alignment between intent and audience experience, and a communication process the executive can reuse after the intensive.

What happens next.

Before the engagement is confirmed, BGE clarifies the consequential moment, what is at stake, what preparation is appropriate, who should lead the work and whether a half-day, full-day or different intervention is actually warranted.

Choose the VIP format that fits the work.

The client chooses either the Half-Day VIP Intensive or the Full-Day VIP Intensive. BGE can help clarify what each format can realistically accommodate, but the decision remains the client’s. The Half-Day VIP Intensive creates a concentrated working window around a defined consequential objective. The Full-Day VIP Intensive creates more room for message development, rehearsal, Q&A, multiple scenarios, iteration and deeper recalibration. Neither option is universally correct; the client selects the depth that best fits the work, available time and desired preparation. If the issue is ongoing rather than event-specific, a longer-form professional pathway may be more appropriate.

Half-Day Intensive

Cassandra-led: from $10,000 online or when the executive comes to Cassandra/BGE; from $20,000 when Cassandra travels domestically; from $30,000 when Cassandra travels internationally.

Full-Day Intensive

Cassandra-led: from $20,000 online or when the executive comes to Cassandra/BGE; from $30,000 when Cassandra travels domestically; from $40,000 when Cassandra travels internationally.

Senior Faculty / Specialist

An intensive may instead be led by a carefully selected senior BGE faculty member or specialist. Scope and investment are matched to expertise, preparation, format and travel. Complex engagements may use more than one specialist.

What the investment protects

Preparation time, expert attention, rehearsal depth and the ability to work intensively on a high-consequence communication problem without forcing it into an hourly-lesson model.

When the moment is consequential, preparation should be equally serious.
