EDUCATOR PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS™
Expand Your Teaching Beyond the Classroom™
An excellent educator may want to keep the school, studio, university or community role they value while extending their expertise into cohorts, MasterClasses, assessment, adjudication or specialist work.
You do not need to abandon your primary role.
BGE’s professional architecture can create additional avenues for contribution around an existing career rather than assuming every educator wants to become a full-time private teacher.
Possible extensions
Cohort faculty, Guest Expert work, assessments, adjudication, examinations, curriculum contribution, clinician work, educator development and selected private or institutional intensives.
Your institutional experience has value.
School and university educators often bring curriculum literacy, group-development experience, assessment skill, safeguarding awareness and a wider view of how students develop over time.
Respect employer boundaries.
External work must comply with applicable employment agreements, conflict-of-interest rules, privacy obligations and institutional policies. BGE should never encourage an educator to misuse employer data or relationships.
Choose the contribution that fits your expertise and life.
A small cohort or occasional MasterClass may be more appropriate than a larger appointment. Professional pathways should create sustainable extension, not another source of overload.
Extend your reach without losing the work that made you an excellent educator.
