Some ideas deserve more than one encounter. BGE/BGIPA can transform selected rights-cleared recordings and commissioned curriculum into carefully produced learning that continues beyond the live experience.
Recording Is Standard. Publication Is Selective.
BGE/BGIPA operates a recorded educational, artistic and professional environment, including private instruction. That does not mean every recording becomes an evergreen product or is made available as a replay. BGE decides which authorized material is worth preserving, editing, excerpting, publishing, bundling or licensing.
What May Become Evergreen
Contextual lectures, professional-readiness resources, artist conversations, selected demonstrations, MasterClasses, coaching excerpts, educator learning, cultural material, commissioned sight-singing/ear-training/theory resources and structured learning libraries may be developed when the necessary participant, faculty/guest and third-party rights are cleared.
Editing & Clip Extraction
Where BGE holds the applicable rights, recordings may be edited, cut, trimmed, excerpted, captioned, reformatted, combined with other authorized material and used to create clips, highlights, trailers, compilations, courses, bundles, institutional educational offerings and other authorized products. Permission to use material never obligates BGE to publish or feature any participant.
Private Instruction
Private instruction is recorded as part of the BGE/BGIPA environment. Commercial, promotional, evergreen or institutional publication of identifiable student private-instruction material follows the applicable separate private-instruction media authorization.
Third-Party Material
A participant’s media authorization does not clear copyrighted music, scores, scripts, choreography, backing tracks, images or other third-party material. BGE may omit, mute, replace, edit, restrict or decline to publish material until appropriate rights are available.
Why It Matters
Students and educators can revisit important ideas, prepare before live sessions and connect learning across time. For BGE, carefully rights-cleared evergreen assets also allow excellent teaching and commissioned curriculum to continue creating educational value beyond one live room.
