FOUNDER & INSTITUTIONAL HISTORY
Arts Integra™
Long before Bourne Global Enterprises, Cassandra Bourne was already building an institution around a question that still shapes the work today: what becomes possible when artistic development is treated as a whole rather than as a collection of disconnected lessons?
2000–2019: an earlier institution, a lasting foundation.
Arts Integra Centre was founded and led by Cassandra as an interdisciplinary educational institution. Its work across performance, teaching, assessment, artistic development and institution-building became part of the practical foundation from which later Bourne Global architecture emerged.
What carried forward
The belief in connected development. High standards with human care. The importance of assessment and feedback. Respect for teachers and families. The idea that artistic training can build judgement, communication, discipline and identity far beyond a single performance.
History is not proof of the future.
BGE and BGIPA are new institutions with their own systems, safeguards and ambitions. Arts Integra is presented as founder history and relevant experience—not as a claim that prior outcomes automatically transfer to a new organization.
