Executive Communication Intensives™
Your expertise is already established. The intensive prepares how that expertise will be understood, trusted and acted upon when the room becomes consequential.
For CEOs, founders, C-suite leaders, lawyers, physicians, board leaders and senior professionals preparing for a moment in which trust, capital, reputation, leadership or strategic approval may be affected by what happens next.

Recognition
Prepare for the one defining room where your message, judgment and presence must work together.
Make the message land.
Shape your expertise into the decision, confidence and direction your audience needs.
The questions may become difficult.
You need to remain credible when challenged, interrupted, pressed for detail or taken beyond the prepared script.
The stakes exceed the presentation.
An investor decision, board approval, leadership transition, public response or institutional relationship may be shaped by the encounter.
Rehearse before the consequential room.
Enter with a message, delivery and response architecture already tested under realistic pressure.
Why It Matters
Executive credibility is what others can understand, trust and act on under pressure.
Strong structure makes expertise easier to understand. Prepared leaders remain credible beyond the script. Precise communication creates trust, alignment and action.
The purpose is to make your thinking, presence and judgment reliable when the conversation moves beyond the prepared script.
The Transformation
From carrying expertise into the room—to carrying an executive communication architecture you can use.
Sharper message
The audience can identify what matters, why it matters and what decision or action is required.
More reliable delivery
Your voice, pace, emphasis and presence reinforce the authority of the message rather than competing with it.
Stronger response
You are better prepared to think, answer and recalibrate when questions, resistance or uncertainty emerge.
Built Around the Real Constraint
What happens during the engagement
1. Consequential-moment diagnostic
We clarify the audience, objective, decision environment, risks, resistance and definition of a successful outcome.
2. Message and audience architecture
We determine what must be understood, believed, remembered and acted upon.
3. Delivery and presence recalibration
We align voice, pace, language, physical presence and executive bearing with the intended experience.
4. Realistic rehearsal
We work under conditions that reflect the actual room rather than relying on comfortable repetition.
5. Q&A and challenge simulation
We prepare for likely questions, difficult responses, interruptions, objections and movement off script.
6. Reusable communication framework
You leave with an architecture that can continue to guide preparation beyond the immediate event.
The precise sequence is adapted to the objective. An investor presentation, media appearance, board address, negotiation or difficult leadership conversation should not be forced into the same generic curriculum.
Evidence of Progress
What should become visibly stronger
Clarity
The message is more disciplined, better structured and easier for the intended audience to act upon.
Pressure response
Your authority remains more consistent when the conversation becomes challenging or unpredictable.
Audience experience
There is stronger alignment between what you intend to communicate and what others actually experience.

Choose the Depth the Work Requires
Half-Day or Full-Day?
BGE will determine the strongest format for the objective and define what can responsibly be accomplished before the engagement is confirmed.
Concentrated Preparation
Half-Day VIP Intensive
Best when: there is one defined consequential objective and the core material is substantially developed.
- One principal audience or event
- Focused message refinement
- Delivery and presence recalibration
- Targeted rehearsal
- Defined Q&A or challenge preparation
Cassandra-led from US$20,000
The final investment reflects preparation, material review, complexity, urgency and the depth of rehearsal required. Travel, accommodation and related expenses are scoped separately when in-person delivery requires Cassandra to travel.
Deeper Development
Full-Day VIP Intensive
Best when: the message itself requires development, several scenarios must be prepared, or greater rehearsal depth is necessary.
- Multiple messages, audiences or scenarios
- Deeper message restructuring
- Several rehearsal and refinement rounds
- Expanded Q&A and pressure simulation
- Greater room for iteration and recalibration
Cassandra-led from US$35,000
The final investment reflects preparation, material review, complexity, urgency and the number of audiences, scenarios and rehearsal rounds involved. Travel, accommodation and related expenses are scoped separately when in-person delivery requires Cassandra to travel.
Complex or Multidisciplinary Engagements
Some consequential moments require more than one discipline.
Bespoke proposal—typically from US$50,000
When the engagement involves multiple audiences, compressed preparation, international delivery, institutional complexity, sector knowledge, media expertise, language or another defined capability, BGE may recommend a carefully selected senior specialist or multidisciplinary team.
The proposal clarifies Cassandra’s role, each specialist’s contribution, preparation requirements, quality expectations, travel requirements and scope. Specialist involvement is used to deepen the work—not to dilute the standard.
What the Investment Protects
The investment reflects the seriousness, preparation depth and strategic consequence of the moment.
Preparation depth
Time to understand the real objective, audience, constraints, risks and existing material before intensive work begins.
Undivided expert attention
A concentrated working environment built around one executive and one consequential objective.
Reputational and strategic readiness
The opportunity to test the message, delivery and response before trust, capital or approval may be affected.
If the issue is ongoing rather than event-specific, a longer-form professional pathway may create greater value than repeatedly preparing one isolated moment.
Before You Request Consideration
A strong fit begins with a real consequential objective.
Choose an Intensive when…
You can identify the decision, event, audience or leadership moment; you are prepared to share relevant context; and you will participate actively in rehearsal and recalibration.
Choose a broader pathway when…
You need ongoing communication development, team-wide capacity building, a keynote or institutional experience, or specialist preparation focused primarily on media or investor presentations.
When the moment is consequential, preparation should be equally serious.
Tell us what is approaching, who will be in the room, what is at stake and when the moment will occur. BGE will determine whether an intensive is appropriate and which format can responsibly support the work.
