Communicator gaining clarity about the next developmental priority

SPEECH ARTS™

Assessment & Placement™

Speech Arts Assessment & Placement™ is for the person who knows communication matters but cannot yet tell whether the real constraint is thought organization, language, vocal clarity, presence, listening, pressure response—or the demands of a specific consequential room.

The outcome: identify the communication problem before prescribing the program, then recommend the smallest level of development appropriate to the communicator’s stage, context and stakes.

Evidence appropriate to the communicator.

Assessment may use prepared or spontaneous communication, conversation, recordings or relevant professional material according to age, context and purpose.

From evidence to recommendation.

The outcome may help clarify whether CORE™, ELITE™, Director’s Studio™, a professional intensive or another form of support is appropriate. Detailed assessment dimensions, weighting, pressure tests, coaching-response criteria, readiness thresholds and roadmap methodology remain within Speech Arts.

Assessment gives the communicator a clearer understanding of what is already working, what deserves focused development and which next step is most likely to create useful progress. Third-party decisions remain independent, while preparation and communication capability become stronger and more intentional.

Use the recommendation to choose the smallest communication pathway appropriate to the communicator’s stage, context and stakes.
