Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bourne Global Enterprises Inc.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, enrollments, and program access with Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including its divisions: Bourne Again Bariatric Global™, Vocal Mastery Intensive™, Global Cash Summit™, Vox Virtus™, and Arts Integra™.
By completing a purchase, enrollment, or subscription, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing.
Due to the nature of our digital programs, educational materials, consulting services, and events, access is delivered immediately upon purchase, and therefore, refunds are generally not available.
However, we recognize that special circumstances may occur, and limited exceptions are defined below.
2. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships
Digital downloads, online courses, toolkits, and memberships (including evergreen programs) are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your device and internet connection prior to purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Inability to access due to personal technical issues,
- Failure to engage with course materials, or
- Change of mind after purchase.
3. Live Programs, Group Lessons & Masterclasses
Enrollment in any live coaching, group lesson, or masterclass is non-refundable once the session begins.
If you are unable to attend a live session:
- You may receive access to the replay (if available).
- Group sessions missed are not eligible for make-ups or credit transfers.
Recordings are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute an obligation for rescheduling or reimbursement.
4. Private Coaching, Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Private sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are forfeited without refund.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once per billing period at our discretion.
- Prepaid consulting hours or packages must be used within the contract timeframe; unused hours expire without refund.
5. Summits, Events & Conferences
Tickets and registrations for summits, including the Global Cash Summit™, Vox Virtus™ events, and partner conferences, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend:
- You may receive post-event replay access if included in your ticket tier.
- Substitutions or transfers may be considered only with written approval from the Company before the event start date.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, speaker changes, or technical issues beyond our control.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Monthly subscriptions or memberships (including ongoing training or mentorship programs) renew automatically until canceled.
To cancel a subscription:
- You must submit cancellation in writing to info@bourneglobalenterprises.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
- Cancellations after billing will apply to the next cycle; partial-month refunds are not provided.
Upon cancellation, access to digital materials or community platforms will end at the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
7. Payment Plans & Installments
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled.
Missed or declined payments may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
All payment obligations are firm and non-cancelable once the plan has begun, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Group Programs & Institutional Enrollments
When schools, institutions, or organizations enroll participants:
- The enrolling entity assumes responsibility for payment, attendance, and supervision.
- Refunds will not be issued for individual student absences or technology failures.
- Replacement participants may be approved only with Company consent prior to program start.
9. Bourne Again Bariatric Global™
This division provides educational, coaching, and empowerment programs only — not medical treatment.
- Refunds are not issued for completed coaching or downloaded content.
- Program enrollment is non-transferable between clients.
- Any partner, surgeon, or clinic licensing arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and are non-refundable once executed.
10. Vocal Mastery Intensive™
- Lesson payments are due at booking and non-refundable once scheduled.
- Students may request rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed lessons without notice are forfeited.
- Group classes are not eligible for refunds; recordings are provided for review.
11. Arts Integra™
Institutional and educational clients acknowledge that once programs are confirmed and invoiced, payments are final.
Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled delivery incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds are issued once program delivery begins or materials are distributed.
12. Vox Virtus™ & Global Cash Summit™ Partnerships
All sponsorships, speaker fees, and vendor payments are non-refundable once agreements are executed.
Affiliate commissions, VIP upgrades, and collaborative sponsorship payments are governed by separate signed agreements and are non-reversible once services commence.
If a live or virtual event is postponed due to force majeure, tickets or sponsorships will be transferred to the rescheduled date, not refunded.
13. Corporate Training, Licensing & Joint Ventures
For corporate or licensing contracts:
- Deposits are non-refundable upon contract signing.
- Termination for convenience by the client does not entitle refund of paid installments.
- Early termination by Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. (for cause) will be governed by the contract terms.
- Joint venture fees or shared capital contributions are governed by separate written agreements.
14. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered when:
- Duplicate payments are processed in error, or
- The Company cancels a program before delivery without providing an equivalent alternative.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the original payment to info@bourneglobalenterprises.com.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method, minus processing fees.
15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Bourne Global Enterprises Inc., you agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting us.
Unwarranted chargebacks or disputes filed after program delivery may result in suspension of access and legal recovery of costs, including processing and collection fees.
16. Technology & Access Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your internet connection, device, and secure access to online platforms.
Programs missed due to participant technology failure are deemed delivered and are not refundable.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or inability to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
If an event is postponed due to force majeure, your enrollment or ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
18. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
19. Tax, Fees & Currency Disclosures
Taxes & Processing Fees
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including HST/GST/VAT) and processing fees are added at checkout based on your billing location.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes required by your country or jurisdiction.
All processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, bank fees, currency conversion) are non-refundable.
20. No Guarantee of Results
No Guarantee of Results or Earnings
Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. does not guarantee outcomes, revenue, business growth, performance results, or success from any coaching, consulting, mentoring, strategy, or transformational program.
Your success depends on your effort, implementation, business conditions, and market factors. Refunds will not be issued based on performance or perceived lack of results.
21. “Deemed Delivered” Clause for Digital Access
Access Equals Delivery and Completion
Once digital products, membership portals, downloads, replays, or course content are delivered or access is granted (via email, login, or link), the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable, regardless of whether you accessed, viewed, or used the material.
22. Right to Suspend Access
Suspension or Removal for Non-Payment or Policy Violation
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to any program, coaching, or strategic container due to overdue payments, breach of intellectual property boundaries, misuse, harassment, unauthorized sharing, or violation of program guidelines.
Suspension or removal does not qualify for a refund.
23. Legal Venue & Governing Law Clause
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes must be resolved through confidential mediation or arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
You agree not to publicly post grievances or disputes on social media or public forums as a means of resolution.
24. Intellectual Property & Licensing Protections
Intellectual Property Notice
All program content, curriculum, frameworks, templates, recordings, and strategic tools are proprietary to Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. and protected by intellectual property law.
Purchase grants a non-transferable, personal license for your individual use only.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, teaching, or replication is strictly prohibited and may terminate access without refund and may result in legal action.
25. Scholarship & Sponsorship Refunds
Scholarship & Sponsorship Refunds
Scholarships, grants, bursaries, or sponsored seats received through corporate, philanthropic, or community partnerships are not eligible for cash redemption, refund, transfer, or resale.
26. Non-Disparagement / Professional Conduct Clause
Professional Conduct & Non-Disparagement
By engaging with Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. and its services, you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally regarding any concerns or disputes.
You agree not to publicly post defamatory, misleading, or inaccurate statements about our programs, faculty, or partners on social media, forums, or public websites.
Dispute resolution must occur privately, through written communication, mediation, or arbitration, as outlined in this Policy.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from programs without refund and potential legal recovery of damages.
27. Severability Clause
Severability
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
28. Modification of Services Clause
Program & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, speakers, pricing, platforms, delivery formats, or features to improve quality or reflect operational needs.
Such modifications do not qualify as grounds for refunds, partial refunds, or cancellation.
29. Intellectual Property & Licensing Rights for User Content
User-Generated Content License
When you voluntarily submit testimonials, comments, personal stories, video recordings, transformation results, performance clips, or success case studies — through video, written, or audio form — you grant Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in educational, marketing, or promotional materials, unless consent is withdrawn in writing.
Consent withdrawal is not retroactive and does not apply to materials already published.
