PARTNER VALUE EXCHANGE
BGIPA Cultural Access Partner Model™
A cultural organization does not need to say yes to everything to create something extraordinary. We design the relationship around what is genuinely valuable, feasible and aligned for both institutions.
Four ways a partner can create value.
CONTENT
An Artistic Director, conductor, dancer, musician, designer, educator or other representative contributes insight or conversation.
DISTRIBUTION
The organization shares appropriate programming with patron, student, educator, family or member communities.
COMMERCE
Where appropriate: tracked ticket referral, group sales, affiliate/revenue share or another mutually approved commercial structure.
ACCESS
Dress rehearsal, student matinee, tour, open rehearsal, artist encounter, facility visit, family ticket code or another confirmed Cultural Access component.
We do not demand identical benefits from every partner.
One organization may provide dress-rehearsal access. Another may offer a backstage tour. Another may reserve student-matinee places. Another may offer a family ticket code. Another may make an artistic leader available for twenty minutes. The question is not, “Will you give us everything?” It is, “What could we create together that serves your institution, our students and the art?”
What does the organization receive?
BGE can create educational context around the production, introduce the work to students/families/schools, support audience development, create rights-cleared cultural content, track agreed commercial pathways and return a BGIPA Partner Impact Package™ showing what the relationship made possible.
ACCESS CAPITAL™
Each credible relationship increases BGIPA’s ability to open educational and cultural doors individual families may not easily open alone. At the same time, BGIPA can bring institutions an engaged, prepared audience. The relationship grows because both sides create value.
